Courtney is an Intelligence Analyst and Director of Victim Services, who specializes in working with victims of violent crimes. She holds a Masters in Criminal Justice and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Intelligence. She is fluent in English and Italian, with studies in Spanish and Mandarin.

Courtney works directly with victims of violent crimes providing crisis intervention and case analysis as well as collaborating with law enforcement personnel at the local, state, and federal levels to provide a coordinated, trauma-informed response. She specializes in handling cases involving human trafficking, sexual assault, and domestic/intimate partner violence. Areas of interest include human trafficking, human rights, law enforcement, violence against women/children, and national security.
