Ron Mahrs served in the U.S. Navy for 27 years, 20 of which he was in the SEAL teams. For fifteen years, he was an operator and leader at the Counter-Terrorism organization. Mahrs later founded the Gethin Group and the Operator Foundation, both of which provide unique services to veterans and their families. Gethin Group trains veterans to screen for jobs in the finance industry. The Operator Foundation provides funding and support to Gold Star families, specifically children of fallen operators. Mahrs deployed into combat 14 times in a Tier 1 capacity.
